Order Placement
To place an order simply select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping basket, once you have finished shopping with us proceed to the checkout area. If you have previously ordered with us please log in using your account information, if you are a first time customer to Booboo and Squirt, the system will ask you to register for an account.
We accept the following types of payment via sage pay – PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and Visa Delta.
Upon receipt of your order we will send you an automated email confirming your order number and a summary of the goods ordered. If you do not receive this within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us info@boobooandsquirt.co.uk . Please note that sometimes are automated emails get sent to peoples Junk Box; please check this before emailing us. Once we have confirmed that the payment has been authorised we will arrange for your goods to be picked and dispatched, you will receive another email from us confirming that your order has now been sent.
All orders are accepted at the owner’s discretion.
Offers & promotions
Occasionally we run offers, promotions and sales online which adhere to the following guidelines:
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other email, internet or product offer.
- Offers are not transferable or for publication online or offline.
- Offers with a spend threshold always exclude delivery charges.
- Offer end dates apply.
- Offers are at Booboo and Squirts sole discretion and are subject to variation or withdrawal without notice.
- Offers or promotions cannot be applied to previously bought items.
- All sale items are subject to availability at time of order. Online price includes discount and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Sale discount cannot be applied to previously bought items.
- If a discount brings the basket subtotal to below £30, free delivery will not be applied.
- Booboo and Squirt Limited reserve the right to amend our offers at our discretion and without prior warning
VAT
All prices include VAT, generally at 20%. Your payment advice will show how much VAT you have been charged as part of your total payment. Some children's products by law incur a lower VAT rate and this has been applied where relevant.
Pricing
Booboo and Squirt makes every effort to publish and advertise the correct prices for its products. Occasionally we make mistakes and reserve the right to correct pricing information without notice or to cancel orders where the incorrect price has been applied. We will always inform you if your order has been cancelled for this reason
It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Credit Card Security
If you opt to pay online by credit or debit card you will be passed to the SagePay secure payment gateway, use of which is subject to the terms and conditions of SagePay. We do not hold any responsibility for the availability of the SagePay gateway nor calculations displayed on its site. We only accept the order total as displayed on our purchase confirmation page. Please ensure that the SagePay amount is exactly the same value as the order before confirming your payment: otherwise we will be unable to process your order. All credit and debit card numbers are encrypted automatically and are only decrypted after they reach SagePay. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.
Delivery
Booboo & Squirt will try to dispatch your order within 2/3 days. Occasionally reasons beyond our control may result in delays therefore you should allow up to 5 days for your goods to arrive, just in case. You will be notified as to when your goods are due for dispatch.
Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail First Class delivery service unless you the customer has stated differently, in the case of a large order would normally use a courier to deliver your goods. If this is the case you will be informed upon dispatched so that you can make arrangements for the goods to be signed for. All orders received by 2.30pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched on the same working day; any orders received by 11am on Saturday will be dispatched same day, those orders received after these times will be sent on the next working day.

Exchanges and Returns
We hope that you are delighted with everything you purchase from us, but we also recognise that there will be times you need to return items. You can return items, for a refund or replacement, for any reason, within 14 days of the dispatch date as long as the items are still in there original packaging.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will provide you with a return address to send your order to, you can contact us either via email or telephone.
In the unlikely event that your order has been received damaged or faulty we will arrange with you to have the items returned and either a full refund or replacement will be sent out to you free of charge. This will also include any postal charges.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Availability and Shortfalls
All items are subject to availability.
As a result some items on our site may be out of stock due to high demand; if this is the case you can request to be emailed when these items become available again.
Unfortunately we are unable to back orders at this time.
Any shortfalls must be reported straight away via Email or Telephone.
Portrayal of products
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.
Safety regulations
All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations. Toys comply with EC Toy Safety Regulations and, where appropriate, carry the CE mark. If a product is recalled for any reason, you will be contacted.
