We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2.30pm on the same day, orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. All orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class Delivery.

Free Delivery on orders over the value of £50.00
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email. Should you not receive your parcel after 5 working days please contact us via info@boobooandsquirt.co.uk with your order number and we will contact Royal Mail
Should a parcel be unclaimed and subsequently returned to Booboo and Squirt we will only re-ship the goods on receipt of an additional P&P charge.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.
If you live within the Weymouth, Portland and Dorchester area we will deliver your items for FREE just use code freelocal at the checkout out and the 3.95 will be taken off.

Returns
If any items do not meet your expectations, please return them in their original packaging within 14 working days for a refund or exchange. Please note that the cost of returning the goods will be yours unless the item is faulty.
You may cancel your order at any time before the goods are shipped.
You will receive a refund within 30days of cancellation, and all refunds will be issued back by the original payment method.
